Nertzy Privacy Policy

Nertzy is a card game. It was built to be played, not to collect data.

What we collect

Nothing.

Nertzy does not collect, store, transmit, sell, or share any personal information or usage data. Specifically, the app has:

• No accounts — there is nothing to sign up for
• No analytics — we don’t track how you play
• No advertising — and no ad networks or tracking SDKs
• No third-party services — the app makes no network connections at all

What stays on your device

Your game preferences (number of opponents and table speed) are stored locally on your device using Apple’s standard app storage. They never leave your phone, and deleting the app deletes them.

Children’s privacy

Because Nertzy collects no data from anyone, it collects no data from children.

Changes to this policy

If a future version of Nertzy ever changes any of the above, this policy will be updated before that version ships, and the change will be noted in the App Store release notes.
